Housing & support
Tailored Care Living provides the residential home. Residents who need help with daily living may arrange services through qualified outside referral partners, based on individual needs and eligibility.
A clear division of care
Tailored Care Living does not directly provide nursing, assisted-living, medication administration, or personal-care services. Those services, when appropriate, are delivered separately by qualified outside providers.
Affordable shared housing
Residents pay $800 per month for their bed in a furnished shared residential home. Utilities, internet, and television are included, helping make monthly housing costs simpler and more predictable.
Room arrangements and availability are confirmed during the application process.

No. Tailored Care Living provides residential housing and does not directly provide nursing care, medication administration, or personal-care services. Qualified outside referral partners may provide separate support to eligible residents.
